Ideal candidates will have a strong academic and legal background with at least 3 years of experience in condominium association, cooperative, or HOA transactional work, We also welcome partner-level attorneys looking for a lateral move.

Responsibilities
- Manage client matters independently while collaborating with partners.
- Advise Boards and clients on transactional and governance issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other association documents.
- Provide clear, strategic, and practical legal advice.
- Participate in client meetings, offering hands-on guidance and solutions.
- Take significant responsibility for your work, with frequent client interaction.
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
- Minimum 3 years of transactional experience in condominium, cooperative, or HOA law
- Strong analytical, drafting, and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a collegial team environment
