As an Associate Dentist, you will:
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including:
- Comprehensive examinations
- Preventive care
- Restorative dentistry
- Crowns and bridges
- Cosmetic procedures
- Emergency dental care
- Patient education
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Present treatment recommendations clearly, ethically, and compassionately
- Utilize advanced dental technology to support accurate diagnosis and predictable treatment outcomes
- Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative team members
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

- Production-based compensation up to 30-35% of collections
