About The Role
We are seeking an Architectural Millwork Project Manager to lead commercial and architectural millwork projects from award through closeout. This role is responsible for coordinating clients, general contractors, architects/designers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This position requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project phases simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle, including kickoff, planning, execution, and closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and key milestones
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and design teams
Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, approvals, and revisions
Lead change order management, including documentation and pricing coordination
Track scope changes and ensure proper project documentation
Coordinate field measurements and verify project constructability prior to production
Collaborate with engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure proper sequencing and execution
Monitor procurement of materials, finishes, and hardware, including long-lead items
Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and installation readiness
Support punch list completion and project closeout documentation
Qualifications
Experience in project management within millwork, woodworking, construction, or related industry preferred
Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and project coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
