Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven sales professional to lead the sales of our innovative, design-forward products. This role focuses on building relationships, driving new business, and closing high-value projects with architects, designers, builders, developers, and high-net-worth homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and developers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified projects
- Deliver clear, refined presentations of TRESSS® solutions
- Prepare and present tailored proposals aligned with client vision and project requirements
- Provide technical guidance and clearly communicate product capabilities to clients
- Align TRESSS® solutions with architectural design intent and project specifications
- Develop project estimates in collaboration with internal teams
- Lead client discussions and support negotiation and contract development
- Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to ensure solutions meet technical and architectural requirements
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with timelines and client expectations
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Travel as needed to support projects and expand presence in key and emerging luxury markets (Indiana, Chicago, Aspen, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and beyond)
- Maintain visibility of active opportunities and client interactions throughout the sales process
- Serve as a professional representative of TRESSS®, building trust and long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Close high-value projects and meet revenue targets
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in luxury or high-end product sales
- Strong ability to communicate innovative and technical products in a simple, compelling way
- Experience working with architects, designers, builders, or developers preferred
- Background in engineering, architecture, or construction is a plus (not required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, strategic, and results-oriented
- Comfortable managing long and complex sales cycles
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
