We are looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Designer.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Designer.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing schematic designs
- Participate in meetings with consultants and client's representatives
- Assist in production of construction documents
- Assist in coordination with engineering consultants throughout all phases of the project
- Perform construction administration duties
- Participate in marketing efforts including attending presentations to prospective clients
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 2 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Studio and MS Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Senior Care or Multi-Family projects preferred.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
