- Oversee the monthly close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, bank accounts, and banking activities.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management processes.
- Establish, maintain, and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Support leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed.
- Oversee payroll administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, and personnel record management.
- Coordinate annual health insurance renewals, open enrollment activities, and employee benefit changes.
- Manage business insurance policies, including annual renewals and claims administration.
- Maintain corporate records, business licenses, and banking relationships.
- Assist with vendor agreements, lease administration, and general office operations.
- 5 years of experience in a similar Controller, Accounting Manager, or related role.
- Experience managing payroll and HR administration functions.
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online (Power User level preferred).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with month-end close processes.
- Excellent customer, vendor, and internal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
