Construction Estimator - Estimating Review ServicesWe are seeking a highly experienced EstimatorKey Responsibilities:Perform estimating review services for diverse infrastructure projects, including buildings, terminals, Aviation, PATH or the WTC, bridges, tunnels, ports, and transit systems.Develop and analyze unit prices and/or lump sum cost estimates based on labor, materials, and equipment.Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, contract engineers, schedulers, and analysts to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of estimates.Participate in reviews of project documents to support accurate project cost forecasting.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited U.S. college or university.5 to 7 years of progressive experience in construction estimating across building, civil, and infrastructure trades.Proven ability to generate detailed cost estimates and construction pricing.Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and field personnel.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.Legally authorized to work in the United States under I-9 employment eligibility rules.Possession of a valid driver's license.Must have dedicated experience as an Estimator; project management experience cannot constitute more than half of the total experience.Preferred Qualifications:Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software.Prior experience in estimating horizontal (infrastructure/linear) construction projects.Company DescriptionW3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
