Leadership & Team Management:Lead and mentor restoration technicians in the fieldDrive safety, accountability, and high-performance standardsTrain and motivate team members to deliver exceptional results???? Job Site Supervision:Oversee daily field operationsEnsure compliance with company procedures and client expectationsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment????️ Technical Expertise:Perform and lead water, fire, and mold remediation projectsTroubleshoot complex restoration challengesEnsure projects meet the highest quality standards???? Customer Service Excellence:Provide white-glove service to homeownersClearly explain processes and timelinesAct as the trusted face of the company on-site???? Collaboration & Communication:Liaise between project managers, insurance adjusters, and clientsSubmit documentation accurately and on timeKeep all stakeholders informed throughout the project✅ Quality Control & Compliance:Ensure all work aligns with Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) standardsMaintain equipment, materials, and company assetsUphold safety and regulatory compliance???? Preferred Qualifications:???? Certifications:IICRC Certifications required:Water Damage Restoration (WRT)Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT)Mold Remediation (AMRT)Additional certifications such as ASD (Applied Structural Drying) or OCT (Odor Control Technician) are a plus???? Experience:5 years in property restorationMinimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role???? Skillset:Strong leadership and communication abilitiesDeep knowledge of restoration equipment, drying systems, and remediation techniquesCustomer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to handle high-pressure emergency response situations???? Physical Requirements:Lift up to 50 lbsWork in confined spaces, heights, and varied temperaturesValid driver's license with clean driving record????
