This role offers significant opportunities for growth and professional development within our company.Responsibilities:Assist Senior Project Managers with all phases of project management, including estimating, planning, scheduling, billing, executing, and closing of construction projects.Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, track progress, and identify potential delays.Help prepare and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing project invoices, and assisting with cost control.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Assist in the preparation of project proposals, submittals, and change orders.Attend project meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes.Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and identify potential issues.Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, submittals, and daily reports.Assist in quality control procedures and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and field personnel.Support the close-out process, including punch list completion and warranty documentation.Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful completion of projects.Qualifications:Associate's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.0-3 years of experience in construction, preferably in a project support or assistant role.
