- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale multifamily electrical projects.

- Manage multiple large-scale multifamily electrical projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate field operations, materials procurement, and subcontractor scheduling.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Oversee project documentation, budgets, change orders, and reporting.
- Track job costs and profitability with detailed oversight.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to superintendents, foremen, and site staff.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Support staffing by recruiting electricians and foremen as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and client expectations.
- Attend onsite meetings and maintain visible job site presence.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily electrical construction.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: Journeyman Electrician License.
- Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Proven success managing large, multi-phase multifamily projects.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management expertise.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to recruit, lead, and maintain trusted trade relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
