Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager (Packaging)
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing IPG's e-commerce strategy across multiple wholesale and B2B marketplaces. This includes ownership of marketplace operations, product catalog development, pricing and content optimization, digital merchandising, and performance analytics.
In addition, this role will lead the ongoing enhancement of IPG's website, ensuring the online experience reflects the quality, professionalism, and service that define our brand. This includes improving navigation, building stronger product detail pages, enhancing search functionality, and creating a modern, intuitive buying experience.
This position requires a strong operator with deep experience in both the technical and commercial aspects of e-commerce within a distribution, wholesale, or multi-SKU environment. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining and optimizing product listings, executing promotions, analyzing marketplace trends, and ensuring online sales targets are achieved efficiently and profitably.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in E-commerce operations and Marketing
- Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
- Outstanding Communication and Sales skills
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and developing strategies for online growth
- Experience with SEO, SEM, or digital marketing tools is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with consumer behavior and trends in retail and e-commerce
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strategies for customer satisfaction
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and autonomy.
