Content & Growth Marketing Specialist

Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and proactive Content & Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Manhattan office. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, social media, and brand growth. The successful candidate will support marketing initiatives that engage Chinese-speaking and international audiences while contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.

Purpose of This Role

The Content & Growth Marketing Specialist supports the company's marketing and growth initiatives by creating engaging content, assisting with campaign execution, expanding audience reach, and strengthening brand visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing initiatives across content, social media, and growth channels.

• Assist with content planning, campaign execution, and audience engagement efforts.

• Coordinate with creators, partners, and communities to support outreach and collaboration opportunities.

• Contribute to content creation, brand visibility, and user growth initiatives.

• Monitor marketing performance, industry trends, and user feedback to support strategy improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and special projects.

• Support additional marketing and communication initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Professional fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills.

• Interest in digital marketing, content creation, branding, social media, or growth marketing.

• Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat preferred.

• Experience with content creation, video editing, or design tools is a plus.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new tools.

• Ability to commute to the Manhattan office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content creation, social media management, or digital marketing projects.

• Familiarity with content creation, editing, or publishing tools (e.g., Adobe, Xiumi, or similar platforms).

• Experience with student organizations, campus ambassador programs, or community engagement initiatives.

• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, or WeChat.

• Interest in healthcare or insurance.

• Experience creating bilingual content or working with international audiences.
