Position Summary:The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably with prior work in federal court. The ideal candidate will be eager to work within a practice focused on healthcare defense, collaborate on significant matters, and develop their litigation skills in a well-supported environment. Key Responsibilities:· Support a caseload of healthcare-related litigation matters involving medical providers and insurance clients.· Assist in all stages of litigation, from case evaluation and discovery through motion practice and trial preparation.· Help manage federal court matters, including drafting pleadings, briefs, and motions, and handling hearings and depositions.· Work as part of a high-performing team that values clear communication, efficiency, and delivering high-quality client service.
