What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Agents Solutions position at W3Global Inc.?
This role is designed for an accountant who enjoys solving complex, real-world accounting problems and translating them into scalable, AI-driven workflows. You will work closely with customers to improve their month-end close processes, reduce manual effort, and ensure accurate, audit-ready financials.
Acting as a bridge between accounting and product, you will help implement solutions, guide customers through adoption, and drive long-term success using AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities:Own customer relationships and Manage ongoing client relationships, lead regular check-ins, and ensure alignment on accounting goals and close improvements.
outcomes & Translate accounting processes into workflows & Identify pain points in customer accounting processes and convert them into structured, repeatable workflows.
Support sales and onboarding efforts & Assist in proof-of-concept (POC) stages and help onboard customers successfully.
Drive adoption and expansion & Train users, develop best practices, and identify opportunities to expand product usage.
Act as accounting-to-product liaison & Ensure workflows align with accounting standards and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally & Work with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
Develop product expertise & Stay updated on platform capabilities and guide customers on best usage.
Build AI-driven solutions & Contribute to developing and implementing AI-based workflows within accounting functions.
Identifying gaps in accounting processes
Building/optimizing workflows (not just doing entries)
Supporting customers post-implementation
Driving adoption & acting as a bridge between Accounting ↔ Product/Tech
2 years of hands-on accounting experience (Audit / GL / Month-end close / Revenue / AP).
Strong understanding of US GAAP & full close process
Experience working with clients or stakeholders (consulting, implementation, advisory)
Comfortable with tools like QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Excel
