Schedule: Monday–Thursday from 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM, enjoy a consistent 4-day work week with Fridays off

YOUR DAY AS A REPAIR PLANNER - COLLISION ESTIMATOR
As a Repair Planner - Collision Estimator, you create detailed repair plans by disassembling vehicles and researching OEM procedures. You identify structural, mechanical, and safety-related damage, ensuring your plans include necessary parts, calibrations, and repairs. Collaborating with technicians and parts staff, you enhance accuracy and reduce delays while communicating with insurance partners. Your efforts ensure high-quality repairs that meet manufacturer standards, helping restore confidence to families and their vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR REPAIR PLANNER - COLLISION ESTIMATOR
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong understanding of vehicle construction and repair processes
- A willingness to complete ongoing training and certification programs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Collision estimating or repair planning experience
- Knowledge of modern vehicle technology, ADAS systems, and calibrations
- Experience with CCC ONE or estimating software
