PARTS COORDINATOR: YOUR ROLE
Our Parts Coordinators play an important part in the auto repair process by working closely with the estimators, technicians, and the production team to ensure we have all the parts we need for the job. Organization and attention to detail will be key as you order parts according to approved repair estimates, verify incoming parts for accuracy, mirror-match parts before service, and organize the carts/storage areas.
You'll be in charge of maintaining parts records and invoices, working within CCC ONE to keep our files accurate and up-to-date. If needed, you'll also help process and manage returned parts and credits. You'll foster positive relationships with our vendors and suppliers to ensure we have consistent sources for our parts and equipment needs. Your hard work will directly improve our workflows, efficiency, and cycle time!
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts as needed
- Collaboration skills for working efficiently with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive or collision industry
- Experience using CCC ONE or a similar parts management system
YOUR HOURS
Our Parts Coordinators work Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a four-day workweek!
