Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of all data entry, customer pricing and customer documents reported
Receiving unloading sheets for Billing
Daily Forklift Inspection
Purchasing Data Entry
Inventory Control Supplies
Email/call clients to verify pricing, (e.g. quotes)
Answer customer calls/emails
Equipment monthly cost report
Cross-Train with other material specialist as assigned

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend work is also necessary on a need basis.

No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma
Preferred Education and Experience
Some previous experience in a clerical experience.
