What are the responsibilities and job description for the WAREHOUSE ADMIN CLERK - ELP position at ARIES FREIGHT SYSTEMS LP?
General Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Admin Clerk must have a basic working knowledge of Warehouse operations, have excellent customer service skills, and be a team member willing to share her/his thoughts and recommend suitable upgrades to work processes. The employee will also assist in all Warehouse transactions, and prepare documents in writing, and electronically to ensure Warehouse protocols are always followed.
Specific Job Duties:
- Assist with Warehouse reports as required by clients and management.
- System data entry for Warehouse orders, receives, and POD’s.
- Assist with Warehousing billing.
- Maintain and enforce all Aries Worldwide Logistics policies and procedures for the Warehouse Department.
- To clearly and professionally communicate with any party that may require interaction.
- To work successfully in a team environment to plan, organize and implement office and warehouse enhancements pertaining to warehouse functions.
- To successfully achieve desired results and objectives for warehouse administration tasks.
- Successfully perform various facility tasks as may be assigned by Aries’ management.
- To regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing daily tasks and responsibilities with matters of importance.
- Review and maintain all warehouse dashboards and internal tableau metric reports up to date.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Industry Experience Preferred and Basic Experience in FTZ.
- Detailed oriented
- Balance team and individual responsibilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual – English and Spanish.
- Microsoft office proficient
