We believe the successful growth of our company depends on the teamwork and commitment of our employees to deliver the best service and value for our customers.Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning vents and baseboards.Clean restrooms and manage trash removal effectively.Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms and entryways.Use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently including floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums and other machinery (training will be provided).Adhere to the job scope for each specified location.Execute specialty cleaning tasks at designated locations as required by the clients.Utilize the WSG Pod app for clocking in and out of shifts as required.Complete annual Sexual Harassment and Discrimination courses along with other required training as part of Training and Development Program and government regulations.If assigned a work order, ensure it is completed correctly and obtain the store manager's signature and stamp.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.Adhere to all health and safety regulations per company policy. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on the client’s needs and scope of work. REQUIREMENTS:Previous janitorial or cleaning experience a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work at least (1) day during the weekend.Must have reliable transportation to assigned locations.Check in and out every work shift using the IVR system and W Pod app.English proficiency required; ability to follow and give clear instructions is necessary.
