SUMMARY
The primary purpose of your job position is to be an Administrative Assistant which will service all aspects of our business with regards to greeting, engaging, servicing, and directing our customers. This position will always strive for Excellence in customer service and satisfaction. Effectively and professionally communicate with customers, team members, producers, and clients. The Administrative Assistant will be consumer oriented. You will be in constant contact with our customers, Account Managers, and our agents. This can be a full or part time position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and service a wide range of accounts, including mail processing, directing customers to the correct Account Manager or Agent, prepare policies, and other varying responsibilities as required.
- Maintain appropriate licenses and complete required continuing education.
- Liaison between clients and Account Managers/Agents.
- Keeping track of office supplies/ordering office supplies.
- Mail, phone, fax, email inquiries.
- Proficient in all problem solving, integration software’s.
- Set priorities and manages workflows to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of
cancellations/reinstatements, mail and other responsibilities.
- Follows procedures of agency as outlined in Standard Operating Policy guidelines.
- Provides a positive attitude toward all co-workers, company representatives, clients, visitors and
management.

- Have working knowledge of computers, data entry, output, etc.
· Must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Education and/or Experience
· High School Diploma
· Previous data entry experience is a plus
· Any experience with insurance software/programs is a plus
