PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Lead and manage all manufacturing operations within the company while adhering to budgetary limitations that are best for the company.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing and assisting with annual budget process and capital expenditures. Ability to analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
- Develop and meet manufacturing process goals.
- Monitor and regulate productivity levels.
- Monitor and regulate quality and manufacturing costs through effective management of resources.
- Establish policies and procedures relating to the manufacturing process.
- Participate or lead Strategic Action Plans, Quick Fixes, and Continuous Improvement Teams.
- Responsible for reporting manufacturing metrics and key performance indicators.
Provide leadership and training in the development of the culture and employees through collaboration, team building, growth, etc.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
- Four to six years manufacturing experience required.
- Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required. Knowledge of AX operating system a plus.
SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
