Apartment Housekeeper – Reserve at Cimarron Apartments (Mission, TX)
Reserve at Cimarron Apartments in Mission, TX is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Apartment Housekeeper to join our team. This position plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall appeal of the community to ensure a welcoming environment for our residents and guests.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, breezeways, stairways, leasing office, laundry areas, and other shared community spaces.
- Perform detailed cleaning of vacant apartment homes to prepare them for new resident move-ins.
- Maintain the cleanliness of property amenities and outdoor areas as assigned.
- Assist with light tasks such as replacing light bulbs and reporting maintenance concerns to the management team.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet the property’s standards for presentation and cleanliness.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies and notify management when additional supplies are needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while performing duties.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while also supporting the property team when needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
