Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer service, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage floor care tasks, including sweeping, waxing, and buffing floors to maintain their appearance.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring all items are clean and well-maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while performing cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred.
• Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping is an advantage but not required.
• Basic cooking skills may be beneficial for certain roles within residential settings.
