- Manage phone calls and emails and route them to the appropriate personnel
- Provide Sales and Parts information to visitors
- Process payments
- Support other departments with clerical tasks
- Customer Service: Meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Verbal and Written Communication: interacting effectively and professionally with customers and team members
- Attention to Detail: Accurately processing transactions and managing in-store inventory
- Computer Literacy: use our billing system
- Bilingual is preferred
