Employee Experience and Culture
- Help develop initiatives that strengthen company culture and values.
- Directly and indirectly foster a sense of belonging and purpose among employees.
- Support efforts to monitor and improve employee morale, recognition, and satisfaction.
- Help administer engagement programs such as recognition, milestones, team-building, wellness, philanthropy/volunteerism, and social events.
- Help administer employee surveys (pulse checks, engagement surveys), track participation, and prepare summary reports.
- Support recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements, tenure anniversaries, and other milestones.
- Support the education and engagement of other organizational resources such as mentorship, training, etc.
- Assist with drafting and distributing internal communications including newsletters, announcements, and intranet updates
- Help celebrate milestones such as birthdays, work anniversaries, and promotions.
- Assist with channels for employees to share their input, including stay-interviews, jobsite visits, etc.
- In coordination with other human resources staff, support employee resource groups.
- Supports efforts on volunteerism and days of service
- Supports philanthropic efforts including giving campaigns, scholarship programs, and nonprofit support

- 1 years of relevant experience in human resources, communications, or employee engagement preferred

- Knowledge of photography a plus
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
- Use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, etc.).
- Primarily an office-based role with a standard Monday–Friday schedule
- This role will work out of our El Segundo or Irvine offices
- May involve occasional travel to other offices, jobsites, or event venues
- May involve working at an active construction site on select days
