Law firm is seeking an Employee Engagement Coordinator to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
Salary Range: $60-70K
Responsibilities
- Create and distribute the firm’s daily newsletter and other internal communications
- Plan and manage a variety of social and employee events (holiday parties, milestone celebrations, friendly competitions, philanthropic initiatives, etc.)
- Coordinate employee recognition programs, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and appreciation initiatives
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing and sending welcome swag
- Partner with the Diversity Committee on cultural programming and events
- Assist with firmwide philanthropy efforts (blood drives, toy drives, meal prep events, etc.)
- Collect employee feedback via surveys and help refine engagement strategies
- Provide general support to HR leadership as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of corporate and/or professional services experience required
- Interest in HR, employee engagement, or event planning a must
- Tech savvy
Salary Range: $60-70K
