Law firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their Los Angeles office.

Salary Range: $90-110K
Responsibilities
- Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives
- Assist with trust administration, including asset transfers, preparing allocation schedules, and maintaining trust records
- Manage probate filings from petition through final accounting and distribution
- Prepare and file court forms, affidavits, and legal correspondence
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and court personnel
- Coordinate and track deadlines, manage case files, and maintain organized documentation
- Bachelor’s Degree and Paralegal Certificate required
- Minimum 4–6 years of trusts & estates experience in a law firm setting required
- Microsoft Office and legal document management systems required
- Familiarity with fiduciary accountings, estate tax returns (706), and trust funding preferred
