Law firm is seeking a Helpdesk Support Representative to join their Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first-level IT support via phone, email, chat, and in person
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers
  • Support Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, mobile devices, and phone systems
  • Manage and document requests through the help desk ticketing system
  • Support remote access and networking issues
  • Maintain IT hardware inventory and assist with procurement
  • Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with external vendors as needed
  • Create and update IT documentation/user procedures
  • Train employees on systems, applications, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 8 years of IT experience required
  • Law firm experience, including iManage and Litera Compare, is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments a must
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and common office applications
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
