Law firm is seeking a Helpdesk Support Representative to join their Los Angeles office.

Salary Range: $100-100K
Responsibilities
- Serve as first-level IT support via phone, email, chat, and in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers
- Support Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, mobile devices, and phone systems
- Manage and document requests through the help desk ticketing system
- Support remote access and networking issues
- Maintain IT hardware inventory and assist with procurement
- Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with external vendors as needed
- Create and update IT documentation/user procedures
- Train employees on systems, applications, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years of IT experience required
- Law firm experience, including iManage and Litera Compare, is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments a must
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, and common office applications
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
