W.E. Beaty is a family-owned turnkey residential foundation contractor serving builders throughout Central Indiana. Our team provides complete foundation solutions, including footings, foundation walls, slabs, driveways, patios, sidewalks, and other residential concrete services.
WE Beaty is seeking a dependable Construction Crew Driver / Concrete Laborer to transport crews safely to and from residential job sites while assisting with daily concrete operations.
A For-Hire Endorsement is required or the successful candidate must be willing to obtain one after hire.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company trucks transporting crew members, tools, and equipment to multiple residential job sites each day.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Keep assigned truck clean and organized.
- Help with forming, stripping forms, cleanup, and material handling.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Work closely with the foreman to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Perform other construction-related duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must have a For-Hire Endorsement or be willing to obtain one.
- Previous concrete/construction experience.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well on a team.
Salary : $24 - $32
