Responsibilities

• Clean windows using appropriate tools and techniques, including squeegees, scrubbers, and cleaning solutions
• Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access hard-to-reach areas at elevated heights
• Perform routine janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness of surrounding areas, including window sills and frames
• Follow safety protocols diligently when working at heights or with equipment to prevent accidents
• Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for each job
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services is highly desirable
• Experience operating scissor lifts or similar height-access equipment is a strong plus
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to glass surfaces and window care
• Ability to work at heights safely and comfortably for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering streak-free, spotless results
• Good physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day
• Reliable with a positive attitude and a commitment to safety standards

Pay: $18.00 - $38.00 per hour
