You'll review incoming returns, determine the correct status for each item, and secure credit from vendors. As you move through your tasks, you'll update fulfillment systems, maintain detailed logs, identify potential account issues, and process returns through United and SP Richards WebScore terminals. You'll collaborate with warehouse managers, manage cross‑dock accuracy, assist with receiving and same‑day orders, prepare UPS shipments, complete Damage Product forms, and support additional projects.
