The Work You'll Do:
Your day as a Return Processing Specialist is all about precision and momentum. You'll review incoming returns, determine the correct status for each item, and secure credit from vendors. As you move through your tasks, you'll update fulfillment systems, maintain detailed logs, identify potential account issues, and process returns through United and SP Richards WebScore terminals. You'll collaborate with warehouse managers, manage crossdock accuracy, assist with receiving and sameday orders, prepare UPS shipments, complete Damage Product forms, and support additional projects. Every action you take helps keep our operations running smoothly and our customers supported.
