About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking Production Workers to join our team at our food processing facility. In this role, you will play a key part in producing high-quality food products in a safe and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate food processing machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards
- Inspect and package food products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
- Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper handling, sanitation, and documentation
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a cold or refrigerated environment
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Preferred:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or warehouse work
- Familiarity with HACCP or GMP guidelines
