Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care within the nursery unit, including Level 1 & 2 nursery settings.
- Assist with deliveries to discharge, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
- Manage phototherapy, antibiotics, opioid withdrawal, and bubble CPAP treatments.
- Serve as charge nurse when needed, demonstrating leadership in a NICU environment.
- Float within the women's area of the facility to meet coverage needs, if necessary.
