Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced IMC unit.
  
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and cardiac rhythms.
  
• Perform IV starts, port access, PICC line care, and blood product administration.
  
• Manage respiratory therapies including trach care, oxygen delivery, chest tube management, ABG interpretation, and non-invasive support.
  
• Deliver GI care such as feeding tube management.
  
• Administer medications including PCA, procedural sedation, heparin protocols, and vasoactive drips.
  
• Assess and manage post-MI patients, cardiac caths, arrhythmias, and telemetry monitoring.
  
• Implement wound care, isolation precautions, renal failure management, and rapid response team protocols.
