Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse

Pay Range: $2, 400 - $2,600
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: 1 year of Home Health RN experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide home health nursing care to patients within the Snohomish County area.
- Complete documentation by 10am the following day to ensure accurate patient records.
- Meet a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week.
- Adhere to all home health care policies, including documentation and patient care standards.
- Support patients in their recovery and health maintenance in their home environment.
