We’re currently looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time school assignment for the 2026-2027 school year.

- Requirements: Valid West Virginia Physical Therapist license required.
Responsibilities
- Assess physical motor development, functional mobility, balance, and spatial movement skills to determine student special education service needs for a caseload of approximately 22 students.
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized physical therapy goals as part of students' IEPs.
- Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to enhance physical access, functional movement, and participation across school settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and related service providers to recommend environmental modifications and assistive equipment.
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation, progress notes, and service logs in accordance with district guidelines.
