AI and ML integration / Engineer

Job Summary:
 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ML Engineer with a strong focus on AI and ML integration. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in AI/ML technologies, particularly in the areas of large language models (LLMs) and their applications. This role requires hands-on experience in developing and fine-tuning AI models, as well as a solid understanding of data analysis and engineering practices.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
   
• Utilize frameworks and models such as Hugging Face, OLAMA, LLAMA, and Mistral for AI applications.
   
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to enhance performance and accuracy.
   
• Implement agentic AI solutions using platforms like OpenAI and Gemini.
   
• Develop and optimize search and match capabilities using LangChain, LangFlow, FAISS, and vector databases.
   
• Conduct data analysis to inform model development and improve AI solutions.
   
• Configure and manage GPU/CUDA environments for optimal model training and deployment.
   
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader business processes.
   
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
   

Mandatory Skills:
 

• Strong expertise in AI and ML integration and engineering.
   
• Proficient in Python programming for AI/ML applications.
   
• Hands-on experience with sentence transformers and fine-tuning LLMs.
   
• Solid understanding of GPU/CUDA configuration and optimization.
   
• Experience with Linux and/or Kubernetes environments.
   
• Knowledge of cosine similarity search and vector databases.
   
• Demonstrated ability to develop search or match capabilities in AI applications.
   

Preferred Skills:
 

• Familiarity with additional AI frameworks and libraries.
   
• Experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
   
• Knowledge of data engineering practices and tools.
   
• Understanding of ethical AI practices and considerations.
   

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor''''s or Master''''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
   
• Proven track record of successful AI/ML project implementations.
   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
