We’re looking for a Senior Creative Associate who lives and breathes ideas — someone who can craft compelling narratives, elevate brand materials, and confidently bring concepts from pitch to production. This role sits at the intersection of concept, execution, and client communication.
You’ll play a key role in shaping campaign thinking, refining creative output, and ensuring every deliverable meets a high bar for both storytelling and visual coherence.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development
- Lead and execute creative writing across campaigns, decks, scripts, and brand materials
- Translate strategic briefs into strong, culturally relevant concepts
- Maintain consistency and quality control across all creative outputs
Brand & Material Oversight
- Oversee the refinement and alignment of key brand assets
- Ensure messaging and tone are cohesive across touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with design and production teams to uphold creative integrity
Pitch & Client Engagement
- Contribute to and lead pitch development (concepting, deck writing, narrative structure)
- Present creative ideas confidently in internal and client settings
- Serve as a day-to-day creative point of contact for clients
Creative Direction
- Guide junior creatives and collaborators to ensure quality and alignment
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to elevate team output
- Support creative leads in driving larger campaign direction
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and polished execution
- Proven experience in client-facing roles and creative presentations
- Deep understanding of production workflows (from pre-production to post)
- Strong grasp of social media platforms and content ecosystems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
