The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-funded Series B startup, building a new AI-native platform for go-to-market teams.
This is a rare opportunity to join as a Senior/Lead Product Designer, owning the product experience from the ground up within a newly formed, high-priority initiative.
You’ll work very closely with an exceptional Head of Design and play a critical role in shaping how modern marketing and sales teams create, personalize, and scale content using AI.

The team is operating in true early-stage mode, small, fast-moving, and highly product-driven, but with the backing, brand, and runway of a later-stage company.
Based in NYC, they work fully in-person and prioritize high-collaboration, high-velocity product development.
The Mission
Today’s GTM teams are slowed down by dependencies on design, copy, and engineering.
This team is building a platform that allows them to move at the speed of their ideas, generating on-brand, highly personalized assets across the funnel in minutes instead of weeks.
The goal is to create a system that combines company data, brand systems, and AI to deliver tailored, high-quality experiences that drive real business outcomes.
The Role
- Owning end-to-end product design across the platform
- Acting as a founding designer on a new AI product
- Partnering closely with product and engineering to define product direction
- Designing new interaction paradigms for AI-driven workflows
- Creating intuitive experiences for non-designers
- Rapidly iterating in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Contributing to both hands-on design and product strategy
What They’re Looking For
- Strong product design experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience in product-led growth environments is a plus
- High bar for visual design and overall craft
- Comfort operating in 0→1 environments with high ownership
- Founder-level mindset with strong agency and accountability
- Ability to think in systems, not just screens
- Technically curious, especially around AI-driven products
- NYC-based or willing to relocate, in-office 5 days per week
Salary : $200,000 - $220,000
