Role Description The Scheduling Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling utility-related appointments, ensuring timely and accurate service across multiple projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing scheduling calendars, confirming and updating appointments with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining detailed records in company systems. The role also involves communicating with builders, utility companies, and field teams to resolve conflicts, adjust schedules as needed, and provide clear status updates. The Scheduling Specialist supports overall operational efficiency by prioritizing tasks, monitoring timelines, and collaborating with colleagues to keep projects on track from development through final meter installation.
Qualifications
