What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cafeteria Assistant Manager position at VVS INC?
Job Description
Job Duties:
- Oversee 10 - 15 employees on a daily basis including: hiring, training, discipline, and terminations.
- Prepare weekly menus and recipes to be served to our customers.
- Follow all Food Safety Protocol.
- Complete operating functions such as ordering, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Maintain a positive relationship between VVS and its clients.
- Complete any other tasks related to the overall operation of a commercial kitchen facility.
- Report to VVS Canteen Manager and District Manager on a regular and as needed basis.

Qualifications
- 1 year of management experience in the food service industry.
- Creative cooking or catering experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have a solid work history with work related references.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
