Location Requirement: You must currently live within 1 hour of Rhode Island or just Boston, MA.

Scope:

As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts through regularly contacting dental offices within a defined territory. vVARDIS is looking for business-minded professionals who strive for organizational success, seek career growth, and desire the ability to drive one’s own income potential. Each Key Account Manager will manage the distributor branches & DSOs in their defined territory.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets, drive lead generation, and support customer retention.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers, developing tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales teams through co-travel and regular joint customer visits.
  • Conduct product training and education sessions for distributor representatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (marketing, customer service, and logistics).
  • Prepare and negotiate detailed proposals and contracts.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly performance against KPIs.
  • Monitor sales metrics and recommend actions to improve performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Represent vVARDIS at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the dental field.
  • Develop a “practice partner” mentality with doctors and staff by analyzing business needs, discussing benefits and features of vVARDIS, coordinating product demonstrations, explaining return on investment, and discussing emerging trends within the dental industry.
  • Be well versed in vVARDIS products, competitive intelligence, and industry information.
  • Maintain accurate records for prospects, customer orders, sales records, and other relative activity.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or similar educational background
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in beauty, luxury / retail
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Passionate towards health, wellness and beauty
  • A self-starter, motivated and energetic player
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity, agility and problem solving with a drive for excellence
  • Digital management experience in CRM and project management tools is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
