IT Generalist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Generalist to join our Corporate IT team!
The IT Generalist will be the go-to expert for all things IT including troubleshoot issues, manage hardware and software, and support our users across various platforms. This position is fully on-site and has a Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm schedule with occasional overtime depending on production or operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Systems Support

• Support shop-floor systems including production PCs, label printers, barcode scanners, and handheld devices
• Ensure connectivity and uptime for manufacturing equipment interfaces
• Troubleshoot IT-related production interruptions to minimize downtime
• Support EDI, supplier portals, and Toyota-related system integrations as required

Help Desk & End-User Support

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for all plant users
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts and permissions in alignment with corporate policies
• Deliver timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Maintain compliance with corporate cybersecurity standards
• Implement and monitor endpoint protection and security policies
• Support IT audits and data security requirements
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of IT support experience required, preferably in manufacturing
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint security tools strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to switch between different tasks and competing priorities

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
