Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
• Supervise warehouse activities, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in storage and handling procedures.
• Utilize inventory management systems and ERP platforms to monitor stock movements and update records accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and production to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.
• Develop and implement logistics plans that optimize supply chain performance while reducing costs.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience overseeing warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate with various departments effectively.
• Ability to analyze logistical data to make informed decisions and improve processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
