Greet and Assist Learners by scheduling appointments for counselors or tests as well as other office duties assigned. Must be able to effectively communicate with faculty, staff, and students. Assistants are responsible for greeting walk-ins and answering the phone, introducing visitors to desired resources. Must have a friendly and approachable demeanor and be eager to help. The job may include data entry, organization, and scheduling tasks. Reliability is a must.
