Enrollment Representative

Position: Community Enrollment Navigator
Contract: 12-month assignment
Hourly Rate: $20.50 (W2)
Perks: Travel stipend fuel reimbursement

We are looking for a Community Enrollment Navigator to guide individuals in accessing vital support programs. This role is field-based and involves frequent travel within the county to meet applicants, assist with documentation, and ensure a smooth enrollment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants in completing forms, gathering necessary documents, and understanding program eligibility.
• Conduct in-person visits to provide guidance, answer questions, and explain program benefits clearly.
• Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and patience to create a positive applicant experience.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local agencies, community organizations, and referral partners to enhance outreach.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with organizational and program standards.
• Track application progress, follow up on pending items, and help resolve issues that may slow enrollment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or minimum of 12 college credits preferred.
• Experience in outreach, social services, or community engagement is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.
• Must be comfortable traveling frequently across the assigned area.
