• Engineering IT Customer Support providing assistance to GCS user community in the Computer Deployment area.
• Perform desktop imaging, provide technical support/troubleshooting and delivery of assigned computers to employees.
• Perform other duties and special projects as required.
• Customer service and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
• High school degree plus 3 years related experience, Associates Degree highly desirable.
• Knowledge of networks and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Must be able to move or relocate 50 LBS.
• Maintain accurate logs and spreadsheets.
• Track/prepare metrics.
