Position: Enrollment Coordinator

Contract Length: 12 Months
Hourly Rate: $20.50 (W2)

We are hiring a Enrollment Coordinator to help individuals navigate and enroll in local programs and support services. This hands-on, field-based role involves traveling across the assigned area to meet community members where they are and provide personalized assistance.

Core Responsibilities

• Guide individuals through program enrollment, ensuring all forms and documentation are accurately completed.
• Conduct in-person visits at homes or community locations to explain program options, rights, and responsibilities.
• Build and maintain strong connections with local organizations, advocacy groups, and service providers.
• Maintain organized records of applications and participant interactions, adhering to compliance requirements.
• Monitor enrollment progress, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve challenges to ensure timely program participation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or completion of at least 12 college credits preferred.
• Experience in community outreach, social services, or related roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the designated service area.
