The Vocational Training Center (VTC) of Fargo, ND is now searching for a candidate to join our Program Services team as a Program Support Coordinator. The Program Support Coordinator is responsible for VTC's quality improvement initiatives including compliance and oversight of internal case management.
Responsibilities of this position will include:
- Therap adminstration to include training and compliance
- Assist in development and implementation of quality improvement/quality assurance plan
- Assist with development and implementation of program policies and procedures
- Coordination of agency's record keeping system
- Assist with CQL accreditation process
- Monitor service delivery and compliance with regulatory and agency standards
- Provide direct supervision to Case Management team
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Residential Habilitation Program Coordinator, Program Services Director, or Executive Director

Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in social work. human services, or other related field
- Minimum one year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, or related field
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience
- Must complete the competency-based modules as dictated by North Dakota Department of Human Services, Development Disabilities Division
- Current Drivers License
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience implementing behavioral support programs and personal objectives
